We have an 4 hr minimum for event space rental. We will provide you with 1 hour of complimentary setup and breakdown time. Below are pricing estimates only and are subject to change based on the scope of your events. Our building must be closed and in a broom-clean condition by 11pm.

Prices include 5th floor event space, private terrace, rooftop herb garden, queens room, in house furniture and complete AV package.
