CSD Health Fair

12pm-2pm Setup/AV test

2pm-2:15pm arrival – guests go up to 5th floor event space

2:15-3:15 Program

3:15pm-4:30pm eating/networking

LOVE ROCKS NYC

3pm - Canard arrives onsite. Sneaks into the back demo kitchen area.  Sets up as much as they can behind in the back hallway.

4:30pm – Canard, Allie, John, Reno? , me , Candy, Daniel reset room to small board room with hitop tables.  Canard sets bar. Stragglers go to the Queens Room.

5pm – Room ready for Love Rocks

5:30pm – Meeting and tour begins, cocktails after

8:00pm – Event over

8:00pm – 9pm reset/clean

Reset for franklin meeting-- classroom style for 35 people.
